    Studio Director, Yoga teacher & Cacao ceremony facilitator


    Current Status: Living my dream,  amazing partner by my side and having the best team on earth of amazing humans by my side at Oca.


    Teaching Style: Soft, grounding, flowy, creative, fun and empowering.


    Wellbeing Toolkit: 500h Vinyasa-, Pre-Post Natal Yoga, Rocket, Animal Flow, Somatics , Ceremony and Cacao Facilitator. Shamanic Healing.

    I Love: the SUN & SEA. Cacao, Travelling, Dancing. The sounds of waves (= ocean nostalgia). Real talk over chit-chat. Nurturing. Neuroscience e  Ancestrality . Good Music. Humbleness. Being Silly. That feeling of when the heart melts open on the mat.

    Current Status: In my becoming. Devoted to growth, movement and meaningful connection. 

    Teaching style: precise, strong, energising, supportive, with space for play.

    I love: In no particular order: Italian and Asian food (preferably shared). The sun & the sea. Tree blossom. Long walks by the water and a well-deserved gelato (La dolce vita). Travelling. Sofa dinners with friends and endless conversations. Dancing and laughing until late. Florence and the Machine. Anything superstitious. Muscle anatomy.

    Current Status: Owing every day. Staying mindful of my body, keeping myself safe from injuries, and learning to be more open and vulnerable with the world around me.

    Teaching Style: From dynamic to soft—moving between yang and yin depending on what’s needed in the moment.

    Current Status: I choose to find something to be grateful for every day, excited to be alive, and a world traveller at heart. Very grateful for my Community

    Noa Bodner

    Musician & Yogi

    Current Status: Immersing myself in the world of coffee, cacao, and chocolate as daily practices of ritual and presence, while also working towards completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training, so you're likely to find me next to you on the mat at all Oca classes.

    Teaching style: While I am not yet teaching yoga, my approach to voice and singing is rooted in freedom and authenticity: sing loud, sing proud, and trust your voice. There are no wrong notes. It’s all jazz!

    My wellbeing toolkit: draws on over 30 years of experience as a professional performer, singer, actor, and facilitator - alongside shamanic training and advanced yoga and meditation practices, which deeply inform the way I hold space.

    Co-path: Is the gentle unfolding of confidence in others - supporting people to move from self-doubt into expression.

    I love: People. Human beings in all their variety and especially meeting new people from different cultures. What lights me up most is when someone arrives convinced they can’t sing or aren’t musical, and then, within an hour and a half, finds the confidence to take a solo. That moment of shift is everything.

    Current Status: Children’s Yoga Teacher & Founder of Moon Child Nurture Practice, specialising in yoga and emotional regulation for children, including those with additional needs.

    Teaching Style: My approach is child-led, nurturing and inclusive. I focus on creating a safe and playful environment where children can explore movement, regulate their emotions and build confidence through yoga, breathwork and mindful activities.

    Wellbeing Toolkit: Yoga poses, breathwork, sensory, ocupational therapy inspired activities, emotional regulation strategies, mindfulness, and creative activities adapted to each child’s needs.

    Current Status: Living my life as art 

    Teaching Style: Truth telling no fluffy bullshit spiritual passion, interactive, co-creative inquiry in community, big lived experience depth, human humour and tender, poetic, wild, expressive creativity

    Wellbeing Toolkit: Ongoing studies, training and long term mentorship on the female body and mature feminine energetics with Naomi Absalom and Kimberly Ann Johnson. 200hr YTT. 60 hours Integrative Somatics. 

    BA in Film and Theatre, BMus in Music Performance and Production. 

    Over a decade of holding mixed gender and women’s circles and leading community movements 

    Co-path: Musician, Performance Artist, Creator of The Women of A.R.T. Collective and Co-creatrix with the divine herself.

    I Love: Telling the truth and hearing yours, MUSIC every day all day, somatic movement and dance naked in my morning bedroom sun, full body crying for pleasure, singing my bloody heart out, being a goof, deep conversation, naughty immature jokes, PUNS, making honest art from my life and with other women. Eating exquisite organic food. Serving women and making art, my work makes me come alive.
